Shipping & Returns
We send items via ZOOM. Shipping within Metro Manila takes 2-3 working days. Shipping outside Manila can take 4-7 working days. For rush delivery, we use Grab/Lalamove, pinned from Sampaloc Manila or Makati. You can choose your preferred delivery option upon checkout.
Local Shipping Rates:
Within Metro Manila – Php90
Provincial via LBC – Php185
Grab/Lalamove – depends on your location (Pinned from Sampaloc Manila)
For International shipment, we use Fedex as courier. Shipping fee depends on your location and quantity of items. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an international shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
HIM does not accept refunds. We make sure our items undergo quality assurance for your complete satisfaction with our product. Upon making your payment, you agree that items you return are only allowable for exchange to the same item of different size.
Items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in saleable and original purchase condition within 5 days, accompanied by the original packaging material, to the original country of purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com to arrange an exchange. All shipping costs must be shouldered by the customer.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately within 3 days of receipt of your order. HIM will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
