Q: Do you custom shirt designs? How much?
A: Yes. Our base price for a custom shirt is Php500. Price will depend on the design. Just email us your ideas at him.ph.2017@gmail.com so we can properly quote your shirt design.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay via Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI) or Gcash.
Q: My size isn't available. What can I do?
A: You can send an email to him.ph.2017@gmail.com, so we can take one more look in our inventory for your preferred design and size. If it’s still not available, you can preorder the item, so we can have it made for you with lead time of 3-5 business days.
Q: I bought an item in pre-order. What does that mean?
A: An item that’s available for preorder means that the item is currently not in our inventory but is still available for production. When you preorder, your preferred design and size will soon be made available in 3-5 business days.
Q: Can I order HIM shirts in bulk?
A: Yes you can order HIM items in bulk and we can give discounted price too! Just send an email to him.ph.2017@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Q: How do you ship locally (Philippines)? How long is shipping?
A: We send items via ZOOM. Shipping within Metro Manila takes 3-4 business days. Shipping outside Manila can take 4-7 business days. For rush delivery, we use Grab/Lalamove whichever is a cheaper option.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
Within Metro Manila – Php90
Provincial – Php185 via LBC
Grab/Lalamove – depends on your location (Pinned from Rockwell Makati or Sampaloc Manila)
Q: Do you ship outside of the Philippines?
A: Yes, but with restrictions. Please directly contact us at him.ph.2017@gmail.com if your shipping address is outside the Philippines. We use DHL as our courier for international shipments. We’ll let you know the shipping fee to your respective locations.
Q: How long does it take before my orders are dispatched? How do I track my orders?
A: Your order will be dispatched just one working day from the date you sent your proof of payment to him.ph.2017@gmail.com. You will be given instructions via e-mail after you have sent your proof of purchase.
